About Sherri Frost
My personal mission to live each day of my life filled with purpose, passion, freedom, love, compassion, energy, action, community, peace, prosperity and mindfulness helps me live life to the fullest.
I’m a certified trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming – NLP, Hypnosis, Reiki and Love ‘n Life Coach Certifications with Bennett / Stellar University and I like to bring a little bit of that to you here.
One of the main ideas of NLP is modeling. This is when we take a look at someone who is successful and adopt the behaviors, strategies and beliefs of that person so that we can have the same success.
We “build a model of what they do” so that we can do it too. This is why your Humdinger stories are so powerful and why I am listening.Every woman deserves to live a remarkable life filled with happiness, freedom and possibilities. Click To Tweet
About Mr. Wonderful
You might wonder who is this Mr. Wonderful that I talk about?
This is what I call my husband, for two reasons. The first is that, yes, I do think he is wonderful. We have been married since 1986 and have two grown children, a son and a daughter. When we were first married, he brought flowers to my office for no particular reason. My co-worker, Marty, asked me why and I told him it was because my husband is wonderful. At that time Marty had been married for 30 years and I had only been married for one year. Marty was skeptical that I would still feel that way after a few years. Well… I do.
The second reason is actually a funny story. Maybe you had to be at our wedding to understand or maybe you had to know Joe. During our wedding, the band played the classic song “Mr. Wonderful” while we danced. Nothing funny about that. Later on, while we were watching the video, we heard an inebriated Joe singing along quite loudly (we did have an open bar), we thought it was pretty funny and the name stuck.
