One Saturday afternoon I found myself in a nutrition class seeking answers about how to banish my sluggishness. I needed to get that bounce in my step back.

Needless to say, I didn’t buy that lovely coffee table book. (Did I mention that they were asking $120 for it?) While it’s nice to have a lovely coffee table book of healthy smoothie recipes, I much prefer to have an affordable one that is splattered with the fruits of my success.
