I use daily positive affirmations first thing in the morning because it changes your mindset for the whole day ahead.
Have you ever looked in the mirror and said to yourself “I’m fat”? Do you realize that is an affirmation? You are reinforcing the very thing that you DON’T want.
Use affirmations daily to put your focus on the exact things that you want in your life. Affirmations are best when they are in PRESENT tense and when you say them out loud. I’ve been posting affirmations in our Facebook group to give you some suggestions. Do you use affirmations? What affirmation do you use?
Daily positive affirmations will bring you what you want.
Do you say daily, positive affirmations to yourself? I do. Some people say they don’t work. I believe they definitely work. I believe that you should say daily, positive affirmations to yourself as well. The reason is because it’s the way you talk to yourself. Do you talk to yourself and say negative things? Or are you saying positive things that support your visions and dreams. When you use daily, positive affirmations to support your dreams they work. Let me tell you, you have to say them every day.
One of my affirmations that I say to myself is, “I am the kind of person who makes healthy choices.” When I say this to myself I am reminded when I’m going out to eat (which I’m doing tonight), that I have a better chance of making a healthy choice for myself because I’m that kind of person. I tell myself that every day. I am that kind of person who makes healthy choices.
Start talking to yourself in a positive way.
What are you saying to yourself? Are you supporting the things you want to be – I’m a healthy person, I want to be a healthy person, I want to continue to be a healthy person? Think of, first of all, what you want to be in your life. Then come up with one affirmation and say it to yourself over and over again. Start to talk to yourself that way.
