Everyone is talking about the law of attraction all the time. How many are really following it? This isn’t something that you do once and forget, you know? It needs to become a way of life.
The law of attraction works because it requires you to hyper-focus on what you want and that’s exactly where some find the difficulty.
Knowing what you want can be one of the most challenging things you’ll ever do.
Most know what you DON’T want instead of what you DO want. How will you ever get what you want if you don’t even know what it is?
When you were a child, you knew exactly what you wanted. You focused intently on it and as a result, you got it.
Maybe it was a shiny red and pink bike.
You knew how happy you would be if you had that shiny red and pink bike. Not only could you go farther and faster than you could by walking but the other kids would admire you. Maybe they would gather around giving you the opportunity to share your story and be the center of attention.
You lay down in the grass in front of your house and gazed up at the sky daydreaming about what it would be like to have that bike. You drew pictures of it and hung it up on your bedroom wall. You talked constantly about it. You begged your parents to buy you one. If anyone asked what you wanted for your birthday, you had an immediate answer: a shiny red and pink bike.
You don’t stop until you get it.

This is the law of attraction in action. You are constantly on alert for the openings that will bring you closer to your very clear goal. You pay attention to the opportunities that pop up and you quickly take action to make it happen.
Somehow that passion gets lost as you become an adult. You get busy or else people tell you that you shouldn’t want something or that it can’t be done or maybe they remind you of the starving children in the world and you feel guilty for wanting something for yourself.Take time out of your busy day to get back in touch with your dreams. #inspiration Click To Tweet
If you are going live your life the way you want to, you have to know what that is. You have to take some time out and get back in touch with your dreams and create new ones.
Knowing what you want and knowing why it is important to you is the first step in getting it.
