The ocean is one of the best places to rest and refresh your mind, body and soul. This is because being near the ocean touches so many of your senses at once. It is a full and luxurious experience. You smell and taste the salty air. You hear the sounds of the waves crashing and the birds flying overhead. You feel the grainy sand squish beneath your feet. You need to refresh and re-energize from time to time.
One of my favorite ways to take care of myself is to take regular spa days. I go off regularly to the beach or the spa because it feeds my soul. I usually go with Mr. Wonderful. Some people say their man won’t go near a spa – well, they just have no clue what they are missing!
